A globally inspired milliner, Elaine will design your custom hat to perfectly express your style and individuality.  She has earned a diploma in design, spent two years in Florence studying sculpture and boutique design, and has sewn all her life.  Hats have fascinated Elaine for as long as she can remember and after a few lessons in traditional millinery techniques, her path was clear.  Her skills combined with her abundant knowledge of the history and designs of hats over the centuries have been channeled into Cappellino.  The name comes from Elaine's fond memories of life in Italy and means little hat in Italian.
